It's been somewhat of an emotional day for me. I found out that a dear friend, the wife of an old Army buddy, passed away yesterday from COVID. I spent part of lunch on the phone with him, just trying to be a good friend to him. The first song that came on on my playlist when I log back on was On the Turning Away. I don't know why, but the beauty and emotion of the song really got me. Been a day of emotional music I guess.
