What’s the reasoning to have these coaches in the HoF but not Seifert?

Tell me again why George Seifert isn’t in the Hall of Fame yet. All of these coaches are in (or soon will be), ahead of Seifert. Johnson & Flores, I can understand. But Cowher and Vermeil? @sportslarryknbr, we need you to make a case for Seifert. #49wz pic.twitter.com/RoOKNjlWvM
