More coaches than I can count have been done in by their own personnel decisions. I get that it's difficult to find a personnel guy that is a true partner, that you can trust, but if you can find that, that relationship can be so powerful for a good coach. The angst in not trusting your personnel guy must be so great that it blinds these coaches to a bad set up nearly all the time.
