I am. If I drive drunk, punish me the same exact way that I think others that

get behind the wheel should be punished. What has his punishment been or what will it be? I think anyone caught drunk driving should lose their license for five years. No big deal for him, he can afford a full time driver.

I think he should get significant community service requirements. Pick up trash with the convicts. Make it hurt bad. Too many people get behind the wheel drunk. The punishment isn't severe enough.
