looks like you are, then price matters a lot. Also, moats break on these companies. Bull markets make a lot of us look like geniuses. The environment today is in some areas reminiscent of the 2000 bubble--not everywhere. I am cautious with hedges, and still fully invested.
I pay a lot of attention to my stocks and I have found that it pays (contrary to what randoms tell me I should be experiencing) I trim or exit once growth appears to be over (this is new for me). I am not a never sell investor.
If you are doing indexes, then just keep buying. Set the dates and just keep buying. 20-30 years from now, magic.
