I enjoy the service but I've always wondered if it's profitable
They charge nothing for pickup, yet they hire several heads at each location just to staff it and do the shopping for people. I guess they expect the incremental profit from sales volume to outweigh the added labor costs.

It's great for non-perishable items. In my experience, it's lousy for fruits and vegetables because the picker
