I replied to some guy trash talking the PAC 12 in a thread, but my response was
so good I wanted to make sure more people had the chance to see it.
This is an indisputable fact: your team's only argument to be highly ranked and potentially earn a NY6 bowl is your wins against the PAC 12 and specifically against Utah since it’s your best win by far.
Given that fact, I highly encourage you guys to keep trash talking the PAC 12 and Utah. It only undermines your own team and its accomplishments. It’ll actually be pretty funny when the National perception of the PAC 12 being a weak P5 conference (to which you guys have contributed) is what sends your team to the independence bowl as a ranked team with a 10-2 record.
Enjoy it.
Meanwhile, my team will be playing against a ranked opponent in a good bowl game (potentially the best 🌹) no matter what happens tomorrow. And this is why no matter what happened in the (fluky) rivalry game, no matter what you guys have to say, it’s always a great day to be a Ute! Go Utes!!
