couldn't announce it was OM due to admission then you would expect him to probably stop talking to those other schools. "Yeah coach I'm totally committed to you and your team, but just for your information I'm not actually gonna be 100% committed and I'll be talking to other schools pretty seriously." Doesn't sound "committed and waiting for an announcement" to me. Who knows. I still doubt he even has a decision yet judging from those I've heard from.
