My ranking of the top 7 movies directed by David Fincher (that nobody asked for):
- Se7en (Such a great movie that for obvious reasons is not terribly rewatchable)
- The Game (I wish more movies were like The Game and less like Knives Out. Great twist at the end too)
- The Social Network (won an Oscar for its original score by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, but still one of the most underrated movie scores of all time)
- The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (I always wondered if there could be a darker and more disturbing movie than Se7en; then Fincher made The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo)
- Fight Club (sorta underrated by me because of how much disdain I have for bro culture sorta perverting this movie)
- Zodiac (An underappreciated and under-awarded movie that had the misfortune of being released in 2007, the greatest movie year in history)
- Gone Girl (I would have ranked this higher but for Rosamund Pike. Needless to say, I am not a fan)
