In all seriousness, training with pepper spray and being ready to scream and run
will serve her a lot better. The gap in strength and coordination between a college-age man and a woman is unbelievably wide.
I sometimes wonder whether these classes do more harm than good. A woman needs to get space, not to learn some ninja kicks that will give her the mistaken belief that she can successfully stand her ground and fight.
