I has a hillside that I needed grass on to stop the erosion. Went with fescue because I knew it was guaranteed to catch and grow easier. Seems like KBG Is a nicer grass though in the long run

KBG for sure, as long as you can water it a little in the summer

They're both good for colder climates. I like fescue because it grows faster
