out of charcoal, thought I had another bag but was mistaken.

I had a couple meetings that prevented me from running to the store and over the course of a couple hours it went from 250 down to around 125. Will that affect how good it turns out? Aside from adding some time to get it to the right temp, is there anything I should do?
