My 13 year-old son has talked with Gunner 3 times since fall camp. 1st two times
‘I hope to play on Saturday.’ When he spoke with him last (Saturday night) he said he will play in the next game.
BYU athlete interactions with young kids have been awesome. When he had just turned 7 he got to speak with his first athlete (Nick Kurtz) and it was a great experience. Those interactions have cemented him as my BYU sports buddy for life.
