Rising is definitely athletic enough and from what I hear out of yewt fans he has all kinds of leadership skills that even General Patton would blush.

But have you watched him play? he puts too much air under the ball and does not have great placement or touch on his passes. He does happen to have great RBs and TEs that make him look good though. I have only seen him play 3 games, and my impression is he does not have an NFL arm.
