I think that first pass was designed and he was looking Romney the whole way. BYU typically designs their first series
or two and I think Hall was going to throw that to Romney 99/100 times.
Unfortunately the rush got to him and he couldn't step into the throw. He threw it off his back leg and didn't the zip on it he should have.
