No. Not even close. My property tax & insurance is $1K per month.
I live well beneath my means, but that would be hero status to live that frugally. I don't see the need to be at that level, at least not since I was first married, had an $1,800 house payment and between me and my wife we made a combined $60K. Those were some lean years for sure. For any of you in that type of situation, be patient, it gets better.
