The reason we are the youngest isn't because of current kids, it's all past kids. Once you are 18 you count in these

data sets. Young adults in Utah are still buying homes, while their peak earning years aren't until 40s or 50s. In addition, rentals are lower here and leases don't show up typically in these calculations. It's really a pointless dataset to properly compare.
