You can run downfield if it’s a run or a pass behind the line

It isn’t an illegal formation. The illegal part of it is if an ineligible receiver (a covered receiver) runs downfield on a downfield pass.

True. NFL is supposed to be a half yard but I have already seen the two receivers be equal multiple times today.

Which huge guy? You have to have 7 people on the LOS. Only end guys on LOS are eligible.
