Wild, fresh caught (by me) and flash frozen is what I’m eating of Salmon and Halibut and it tastes great to me.
Outside of what aim actually catching its whatever my wife cares to get, which is usually a frozen, encrusted Tilapia fillet or something.

I’m under no illusions that those tilapia are being raised super cleanly, but somehow the fact that it comes encrusted and frozen lets me ignore the thought, like what’s really in a chicken McNugget.
