Had BYU joined the PAC, would they choose to join the B12 right now?

I think that the PAC's decision to lead from behind with their covid response was the final straw for USC. BYU would have been forced to follow the covid rules and probably only played 3-4 games in 2020.

byu would be loyal and in a world of hurt if we were in the PAC IMO
