they could sell and tank for a higher draft pick. On the one hand, this is the first time the Western Conference has been this wide open. If you can get to a 4th seed ... you just don't know. You're in the ballgame. I usually think being a top 4 seed is the goal and then see where luck plays out.
Then again, this is one of the best drafts in years ... all through the top 10. Maybe you don't get Wembanyama or Scoot, but can you pick a great piece in the top 10? Probably.
Staying at the 7th seed is the worst option, but do you sell or buy? Very intriguing.
