Years of drought will result in soil soaking up much of it before it gets there

The bigger factor is that most of the Utah snowpack does not drain into Lake

Yep, the Colorado river comes out of Colorado along with the San Juan and the

All of the south slope of the Uintas naturally drain into the Colorado system. Some of that is pulled off to feed south
