Further, among those games there was a guarantee that at least one game would be on ESPN or ABC. ESPN picked the game they didn’t want. That game went to BYUtv, the rest were on ESPN or ABC.

so, the number of games for ESPN was always 5. Never had the possibility of being 7, 6, or 4.
