Had a claim against someone insured by Safeco, after all was said and done the rep texted me (on May 17th) and said I'd get the check in 7-10 days. I just figured that was 7-10 business days. When I didn't get the check today, I texted and asked why I hadn't gotten the check yet and where it was.
"Monday was a holiday and mail did not run so it has been 9 business days. I don't have tracking on the check. Can you confirm the address we have is correct? [Address]." The address was wrong.
Who doesn't confirm the address before sending thousands of dollars (partly my fault I know)?? Who sends thousands of dollars without a tracking number or certified mail??
