The answer is...
Testicular cancer. (Classical seminoma only)

It's a silly peeve of mine, but I often hear on social media or in the news that someone has "stage 4" testicular cancer. Invariably I look into it further and it's classical seminoma and I have to bite my tongue not to point out that "stage 4 classical seminoma" is not a thing that exists.

People dealing with cancer diagnoses don't like to be corrected on semantics, I have learned.
