What’s missing in his resume is college recruiting experience and recruiting connections, although he did coach college for a couple years very early in his career so he should know a little what that is like. Recruiting matters a lot in the college game. At the same time, if we are just going to pay players now, maybe recruiting isn’t as big of a deal as it used to be?
He’s an intriguing candidate.
