KY makes a big splash so he will need to recommit some of the current players and snag a great player this year so that he has the tools and staff to make a statement next year to build and to keep momentum.
No doubt, he gets that, so it will be fun to watch.
I won't worry if he's hoping for an NBA gig if he gets BYU some March wins and raises the program. It's a big gamble for BYU but the tea leaves seem to indicate it's a reasonable risk.
