Utah proposes ban on international students in high school sports

When Layton Christian beat Cottonwood for the 4A boys state basketball championship in February, three of the four top scorers for the Eagles in that title game were international students, including the tournament MVP \u2013 but a new rule under proposal now could have prevented that outcome.
