I don't have experience with that, but I thought a prostatectomy was main tx
for malignancy. Robotic Laparoscopic Prostatectomy has very good results with minimal bleeding and quicker recovery time.

I had Gleason score of 7, also. Decided on HDR brachytherapy. It's been 13 years
