I hate the sand pit/quarry. That adds to the dust. If that wasn't there, it would help a lot because we have all those frickin cement and rock/soil trucks going up and down the hill (#73) continuously.
A better selection of food finally, but I'm in the Ranches and still would like another fast food option other than Micky D's.
Love the fact that our HOA had to file bankruptcy when they were sued. There's good and bad, but generally a house gets out of whack, EM city will get on them. Helps that the City Manger is in my ward.
There are an extraordinary amount of police vehicle from all over the 2 valleys because the housing is more affordable. It's nice to have those individuals in the neighborhoods.
We've been out here for 20 years now, but if I worked remotely, I'd be probably looking at somewhere a little more accessible.
