Concussion list:
1) Fell 20 feet out my neighbor’s treehouse at age 8. Not my fault, the floor collapsed underneath me.
2) Slipped at school and hit my head on concrete sidewalk (Age 10)
3) ?
4) Helmet to helmet contact (ear hole) sophomore season of football (age 16)
5) wrecked on a bicycle near Payson lakes. I was being reckless and dumb (age 18)

There may have only been 4 concussions. I may have had a 2nd in football.
