Sounds like Ryan wants a heliport on his new development
He wants 2 city blocks with the option to build actual skyscrapers (no height caps) in his district as well.
The NHL isn't necessarily a cash cow, but when owners are able to leverage an "entertainment district" with their arena that's when they become cash cows. And the more cash Ryan has the better it is for BYU Athletics. He's like our T Boone Pickens and the residents of Salt Lake City (see: Ute fans) will be funding it over the next 30 years.
