A tax attorney may be better
than a trust attorney for this situation. I favor hiring a reputable Appraiser to perform appraisals and a reputable Realtor to perform comparative market analyses on each property.

The properties then need to be valued based on their cash equivalents as some family members want cash and others want properties. An interim and a final distribution seems necessary in this circumstance.

I otherwise like your approach.
