court to beat his guy for a layup. I see passion when he calls his new found friend in Europe to give him coaching tips on his team because he has watched and rewatched their games. I see passion from him when he blows Morris up after a cheap foul. I see passion from him when he shoves Jamal Murray into the pool after the title. I see passion from him when he jumps up and cheers for young guys on his team when the game is already over.
Jokic is humble and tries not to show anyone up. If somehow that makes him dispassionate then we have a different definition of the word.
But the good news is I am ok with people not liking him. He wins at a high level so I understand guys like underdogs. It comes with being as good as he is. But watch him for 82 games and you will quickly realize he is very passionate about basketball.
