it starts to get very hot this time of year. For example, if you are west of the I-5 freeway and close to one of the beaches it will be very nice, but in Mission Valley (which is not really that far from the ocean) it can be quite hot. A little farther inland, where San Deigo State is, it gets very hot in the summer.
