It was a little messy, but all I needed was a good socket and ratchet set and some patience. The fluid spilling out if the pump was the messy part. I imagine the location of the pump and the related belt\tensioner will be the biggest variables contributing to difficulty.

I believe Honda will require special power steering fluid. All that means is you need to ask the guy at AutoZone to show you the right one, and it will cost more.
