The Big 12 had lost Colorado, Mizzou, aTm, and Nebraska and (just like today) there are rumors that some Big 12 members want to leave. Independence is no longer going to be an option in the future, so BYU could either ride the Independence Titanic or join the Big 8, that would add four more teams from the likes of BSU, CSU, Cincy, UCF, USF, Houston, Memphis, and UConn.
If OU and KU leave for the B1G, then joining a new Big 12 that looks like this is a no-brainer: Texas, Texas Tech, TCU, Baylor, OSU, ISU, KSU, WVU, BYU, CSU, Cincy, and UCF.
I'd take that over the MWC or AAC because Independence is only temporary . . . I don't know how many more hints Bronco has to give so that fans will understand that.
