Will a masonry bit be enough for drilling through granite?
I need to drill a few holes into granite on the exterior of my home. Will a masonry bit work, or do you think I need to go with a diamond bit? These would be 5/32 holes about 1 inch deep.

By that I mean you probably don't need to go diamond.
