His brother Travis Frey is on the football team. Bro-in-law is Christian Cox

I think the family is a BYU family at heart, but obviously cheered for Utah when Cox was there. Great family, very athletic kids. I played with the oldest brother in High School and coached Travis. Also has a brother that is on broadway now, was a young ambassador at BYU before. Great family, very humble and nice people.

Against Louisville, he logged 17 pt, 6 RB, 2 A, 1 S, 2 B, and only 2 T/O in 30 minutes. He was not afraid to compete.
