I really think that BYU administration thinks they have a pretty good chance. Otherwise I think they would reach out with similar campaigns as these other schools have done publicly. With the lack of that public campaign I think BYU must believe they have the inside track. If they don't get invited I think donors and fans will go crazy over the fact that they did not get the publicity from similar presentations made public.
