I honestly don't think this would work at the college or pro level mainly do to the fact that of the 'what have you done for me lately' syndrome most teams seem to have.

I think it would take a while to get this working and would a college or pro team be patient enough to have a few losing seasons. Too much money involved now in sports to allow this to develop.

However, if I was a bottom feeder college team then why not try something different. If it doesn't work then you haven't really lost anything.
