comparison is apt. I have thought so for years. Bronco won most of the games he was supposed to win with a handful of exceptions and he had a hard time beating teams that were a bit better than him athletically.
Rose has had the same thing. Typically, Rose wins the games he should win and loses to the teams that would be considered "better" than us.
Both coaches reached a level they couldn't surpass. It's pretty clear Rose isn't reaching new heights. He's had BYU fans saying we are "rebuilding" for the last 6 years.
I think Holmoe will let Rose choose when he wants to leave but some fresh blood may not be the worst thing in the world.
