There's some research put out by one of the commercial lenders? that attempts to
decipher which companies are the next to seek bankruptcy protection. One of their contentions is that Amazon is a major retail killer. It's had an interesting effect on commercial retail space as it is undergoing a transformation. Prices haven't really dropped significantly yet from what I am seeing, but I suspect they will which will reverberate through REIT's, commercial lenders, and even the bond market.
