Yard sales are awful. 90% of the shoppers are the types that spend their
Weekends driving from yard sale to yard sale. Most of them don't need anything. They just like haggle and negotiating to see how cheap they can get something.
Out neighborhood does a big one each year. We've participated once and never again. Just sell stuff online. It's a million times easier and you can enjoy your day.
