try to teach our kids to get interested in something. and then we are mad at college kids if they don't have a plan or can't settle on a major.

I bet this poll suggests that a lot of successful people didn't even know what their career spot would be until after undergrad. for those who had it figured out in hs...their dad was probably a dentist or doc and they wanted to follow footsteps. almost everyone else figures stuff out much later.

moral of the story parents....let your kids figure it out and if they don't have a great plan in college, don't freak out, as long as they are trying to figure it out.
