If you're looking for a A+ dinner in Scottsdale/Phoenix/Mesa area, we had a
great meal at Monarch Cafe in Scottsdale, great atmosphere, very intimate, amazing food. It is a prix fixe 4 course meal, and isn't cheap and a reservation is required. Pretty awarded restaurant:
