The installer didn't come until almost 2 weeks later. Ran a test cycle and it hasn't worked since. Won't even turn on (checked the breaker, outlet, all that basic stuff already).

They're "sending someone out". Haven't heard anything yet about when that will be. I hate when you pay (what I consider to be) a lot of money for something so it will just work the way it's supposed to and it just doesn't.

Meanwhile my poor wife is still washing all the dishes by hand like some peasant.
