I know he is listed at 100%, but...........
All that means is he is ready to go. No turf toe. It doesn't mean he is in peak condition or ready to take 20 carries a game. He still doesn't have his legs back or his weight anywhere close to where it needs to be IMO. He's just no longer hampered by injury.
