I believe it will get better. I personally like the approach this staff is
Taking vs Bronco.
Bronco's 2 star recruits were slow unathletic guys who gave fanatical effort despite athletic limitations. Aka guys with limited ceilings. Ziggy being the exception.
Current staff is taking guys who have required athleticism, but will take a lot of development.
