For internet, YTTV, and Netflix, I pay ~$80/month. Those are the three requirements for my family's entertainment needs, and I would pay for internet regardless of my subscription to those other services. And every one of those services are on no contract (which is one of the real reasons to actually cut the cord).
Yes, there is no phone in there but I have a mobile phone and access to VOIP services, so those needs are generally met as well.
YouTube TV gets access to all major sports. It has all ESPN networks, local channels, Fox Sports networks, NBC sports, and is now adding MLB Network and NBA Network and the Turner networks (NBA on TNT, NBA Playoffs, March Madness, MLB).
I get that it's not for everyone, but it is absolutely a cord-cutting measure.
